Danielle Leach is the author of the highly anticipated autobiography, American Dreamer. She is the founder & CEO of UBAWA, which stands for Urban Books Authors & Writers of America and represents one of the fastest growing literary organizations for urban authors across the globe. UBAWA sprang from Coach Me to Publish, a coaching service created by Danielle Leach as a means to assist other up and coming authors with getting their books published and disseminated. UBAWA is made up of an online book club with free membership, an Annual Book Convention, weekly radio broadcast, a monthly magazine, and a local bookstore that is scheduled to open in the city of New York in late December/early January.
While completing her doctoral dissertation, Danielle founded BIHAPI (which stands for Black Identity & Health in African People International), a grassroots organization dedicated to promoting African culture, history, and heritage in African people on the continent and throughout the diaspora. BIHAPI will house a behavioral health institute and research center designed to address the mental and behavioral health needs of underserved groups.
Danielle currently lives in Manhattan, New York.
